We decided to get a new and smaller freezer, but the new ones can't
go in a cold area. Our old one, which is way too big for us, was out in
our front porch. The new ones have to be in a heated area. I cut a hole
into the closet wall in the laundry room. You can see the main electrical
wiring running through the wall, so I had to re wire that.

Here is our new freezer, September 2009. |
 |
 |
I started taking the cabinet doors off our "temporary" cupboards
during the week of September13, 2009
|
Now the left side cupboards are down and all the stuff that was
in there is either in the porch, our "pantry" cupboard, or
in a laundry
basket in the furnace room.

 |
Now the rest of the cupboards are down. The dishes and
glasses are in the living room either on the window sill or
in a temporary shelf unit from our closet where the freezer went
|
The cupboards are all down, but one can see how the wood
has darkened where the light hit it around the cupboards. The
fluorescent light is one from my garage and is just temporary

Hmm, the lighting changed here. Note the corner cupboard
with the mirror, then a window, and a door. That window will
be replaced, the door will go, as it is actually behind our dishwasher
and there is a sliding door to the right, but not in the picture.

The corner cupboard is now down. |
